Every home is different, so we don't post a one-size-fits-all rate. Pricing depends on the size of your home, how many bathrooms it has, the current condition, and how often you'd like us to come. Not at all. Many clients are at work or out running errands while we clean. You can let us in, leave a key or lockbox code, or be home the whole time, whatever you're most comfortable with. Just let us know your preference when we schedule.

Yes. We arrive with everything needed for the visit, including vacuums, microfiber cloths, mops and cleaning products. If you'd prefer we use products you already own, or you have sensitivities or specific surfaces that need a particular product, just tell us and we'll use yours.

Most busy households in the valley land on every two weeks. Homes with kids, pets or heavy traffic often prefer weekly. If you mostly keep up on your own and want help with the deeper work, monthly or occasional visits work well. We're happy to recommend a rhythm after we see your home.

A standard clean maintains what's already in good shape: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors and general tidying. A deep clean goes further into detail work, baseboards, door frames, grout, inside window sills, vents, and built-up buildup behind and around fixtures. First-time visits often start with a deep clean so recurring visits stay efficient.

Yes. Everyone who enters your home is background checked and trained on our checklist before working alone. You're letting someone into your home, and we treat that as the most important part of the job.

A week or two ahead is usually enough for a first cleaning. Recurring clients keep a standing slot, and move out and post construction jobs are best booked as soon as you know your dates. If something opens up sooner we'll offer it to you.
