You choose the focus
One time visits are the most flexible service we offer. Some clients want the whole home handled. Others want us to spend the entire time on the kitchen, bathrooms and main floor and leave the bedrooms alone. If your home hasn't had a thorough cleaning in a long while, we may suggest a deep clean instead so the detail work actually gets done. We'll tell you which we recommend and why, and you decide.

Do I have to sign up for recurring service?
No. A one time cleaning is exactly that, one visit, no schedule, no contract. If you decide later that you'd like regular help, we're happy to set it up, but there's no obligation and no follow-up pressure.
Is a one time clean the same as a deep clean?
Not necessarily. A one time clean can be a standard maintenance-level visit or a full deep clean, depending on what your home needs. Tell us the condition and what you'd like focused on and we'll recommend the right level.
Can I book just a few rooms?
Yes. Some clients only want the kitchen and bathrooms, or just the main floor before company arrives. We'll scope the visit around your priorities instead of charging for rooms you don't need touched.
How far in advance should I book?
A week or two is comfortable, and holidays fill up earlier. That said, we regularly fit in shorter-notice visits, call or text and we'll tell you what's actually open.
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
Only if you'd like us spending our time on cleaning rather than organizing. Picking up loose clothing, toys and paperwork helps, but don't stress about it, we're used to real homes.
