Cleaning an empty home is a different job
When furniture comes out, everything hidden becomes visible. The outline where a couch sat for six years. Dust behind the dresser. The inside of cabinets nobody looked at since the last tenant. A move out clean is really a detail job, and it has to be done in the right order, top surfaces first, cabinets and appliances next, floors last, or you end up cleaning the same floor twice.
That sequencing is why moving-day self-cleaning so often falls short. You're tired, the truck is loaded, and the oven is the last thing you want to face. We'd rather handle it while you focus on the actual move.
Move out: protecting your deposit or your sale
For renters, the difference between a full deposit return and a deduction is usually appliances, cabinet interiors and bathroom detail, the exact areas inspections focus on. For sellers, a clean, empty home photographs better and shows better, and buyers walking through a spotless house make fewer assumptions about deferred maintenance.
Move in: starting fresh in your new place
Even homes that look clean at walkthrough usually deserve a reset before your things go in. Previous owners' cleaning standards aren't yours. Vacant homes collect dust in vents, sills and corners. And there's a real comfort in knowing the shower, the refrigerator shelves and the kitchen drawers were cleaned by someone before your family uses them.
Scheduling around your closing date
Tell us your key dates and we'll work backward. The tightest situations, same-day move out and move in, are common in the valley and we plan for them. Reach out with your address, home size and target date, and we'll send a free quote based on the actual condition of the home rather than a guess.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Should the home be empty when you clean?
Ideally yes. An empty home lets us clean inside every cabinet and closet, along every baseboard and under every fixture. If a few items remain we'll work around them, but the result is always better once the movers are done.
Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?
Yes. For move in and move out cleans, interior appliance cleaning is part of the job, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher edges are all included.
Will this satisfy my landlord or property manager?
Our move out checklist is built around the areas landlords and managers actually inspect: appliances, cabinet interiors, bathrooms, floors, baseboards and window sills. If your manager provided a specific list, send it over and we'll work from it.
How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give, especially around the end of the month when moves cluster. That said, we do our best with short notice, call or text and we'll tell you honestly what's available.
Can you clean before I move in instead?
Absolutely. Move in cleaning is common for homes that sat vacant or were left in unknown condition. Starting in a genuinely clean house is worth it, especially before furniture and rugs go down.
